The Operating System for Live Comedy

One platform to sell, market, manage and run comedy shows.

Book a Demo

Built by someone who has produced over 1,000 comedy shows.

Comedy borrowed its software from industries that work nothing like it.

A tour plays the same show in twenty cities. A theatre run sells the same seats for six weeks. That's what event software was built for, and it's why selling the ticket gets treated as the whole job.

Comedy isn't like that. Next week it's a different lineup, in a different room, on different terms, sold to a different crowd. The headliner who took a percentage last month wants a guarantee this month.

So we all borrowed software built for the other thing and patched the gaps ourselves.

Ticketing Marketing The lineup The room The door The money

ComedyPass exists because of the patching, not because selling tickets was hard.

One Show, Start to Finish

Everything about the show stays connected.

  1. Sell it

Multiple showtimes on one show, ticket tiers, pay-what-you-can, reserved and table seating, discount and referral codes. On your own site or ours.

  2. Market it

Campaigns built from your room size and what tickets have cost you before, with copy written off the real lineup. Because the click and the checkout are the same system, you can see which ad actually sold a ticket.

  3. Watch it

What each upcoming show needs to sell to cover what you've already committed, and whether it's on pace โ€” before the night rather than after it.

  4. Run it

Your door person scans from their phone. It catches doubles and wrong-night tickets, and one scan of a table of four admits four people. There's a live door list to search when someone turns up with no phone.

  5. Close it out

Set each comic's deal once, and the show settles itself afterwards โ€” revenue, your costs, every payout worked out from the terms, and where the night landed.

Set the room up once and reuse it. Add a comic once and they're on your roster. The campaign already knows the lineup. The door already knows who bought. Nothing gets re-typed.

Marketing

Shows that consistently fill.

Ad Campaigns

Create and manage Meta ad campaigns for your shows directly from your workspace.

Meta Connection

Finance

Every show closes itself out.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ComedyPass only for comedy clubs?

No. ComedyPass is built for anyone producing live comedy โ€” independent producers, clubs, venues running comedy nights, and touring comedians who produce their own shows.

Can I use ComedyPass as an independent producer?

Yes โ€” independent producers are who the platform is built for. You don't need a venue or a team; you can manage your roster, shows, deals, and finances on your own from one workspace.

Can I manage performer payouts and settlements?

You can set the terms for each comedian โ€” flat fees, door deals, guarantees, and bumps โ€” and every show settles from real ticket sales and your tracked expenses. ComedyPass works out what everyone is owed and tracks what's been paid; sending the money is still you.

Does ComedyPass support touring comedians?

Yes. Tours get their own calendar, contacts, deals, settlements, and analytics, with each stop linked to a real event that has ticketing and marketing attached.

Can ComedyPass help with marketing?

You can manage Meta ad campaigns, schedule social posts, and track campaign health alongside ticket sales โ€” all from your workspace, without jumping between tools.

How do service fees work?

Customers pay a small tiered service fee at checkout based on the ticket price. You keep 100% of your ticket price โ€” see the fee structure above for exact amounts.

Do I need to pay a monthly subscription?

No. There's no setup cost and no monthly fee, and every part of the platform is included โ€” marketing, talent, touring, all of it. ComedyPass earns the service fee only when you sell tickets.

How quickly can I start selling tickets?

You can create your account and your first event in minutes. Once your account is approved, your shows are live and ready to sell.

Who built it

Built by someone who runs rooms.

I've produced over 1,000 comedy shows, and I own a comedy club. Every week the ticketing didn't know about the lineup. The lineup didn't know what anyone was on. And none of it knew what the marketing had done.

So I built the software I needed to run my own room, then made it available to everyone else producing comedy.

Put one show on it.

Not your whole calendar. One show, and you'll know by the morning after.
